Standard pricing is set once the model has been validated with the founding cohort. We're not publishing rates we can't yet stand behind.
Founding cohort places are limited and allocated in order. Terms are confirmed in writing before anything starts.
Adjustment Log, on its own or alongside
Standard is the base tier. It's included with a platform subscription, so if you're running the diagnostic you already have it and there's nothing further to buy. If you don't want the diagnostic, you can buy Standard on its own at the banded rates below. Premium is the paid upgrade from Standard, and it's available either way.

- The record itself: timestamped requests and decisions, justification logging, manager handover continuity, and an exportable history. Free for diagnostic clients. Standalone rates:

- Premium, the paid upgrade
- An upgrade from Standard, available whether Standard came bundled with a diagnostic subscription or was bought standalone. It covers two distinct capabilities, each requiring its own separate consent, so you can take one without the other. First, your own data fed back to you: your adjustment types and turnaround patterns surfaced as an output alongside your diagnostic results, never compared to anyone else and never leaving your boundary. Second, your data anonymised and pooled with similar organisations, so you can see what's common in your sector, with configurable privacy thresholds enforced first: a minimum number of contributing organisations, a minimum request volume, and protection against any single organisation dominating a comparison.Contact us for Premium pricing.

What we ask in return
- Run a full diagnostic cycle and tell us plainly where the framework holds up and where it doesn't.
- Give us honest feedback on the platform as you use it, including the parts that don't work yet.
- Let us learn from your results in anonymised, aggregate form, never attributed to individuals.
Founding cohort members also get first access to Isaac, the assistant built into the platform.
