About Includology
Emma Johnston-Wright founded Includology after years working in HR, watching organisations mean well and still miss it, not from bad intent, but because nobody had a clear, evidenced way to see where their own systems were working against the people in them.
Her own experience shaped the mission directly. As a CODA, a child of a deaf adult, she grew up navigating two worlds early, and noticing how much of "accessibility" depends on who's doing the noticing. She is also neurodivergent, which has informed both how she experiences workplaces and how she's approached building one that measures them properly.
Includology exists for the people teams who know something isn't working but can't get leadership the evidence to act on it, and for the leadership who want to get it right but have never been shown the detail behind the problem, only the headline.
