Adjustment Log
Adjustments get agreed in conversations. Six months later, only the record survives.
The Adjustment Log keeps a timestamped account of what was requested, discussed and decided. The answer never depends on whose inbox it's in, or who still remembers.
The record it produces
The platform logs every adjustment request, consultation note and management decision as it happens. If a decision is questioned later, you have a clear chronological account of what happened, and when.
Automated timestamps
Every request and decision is logged with the exact date and time.
Justification logging
The reasoning behind every approval or refusal is recorded at the moment the decision is made.
Manager handover continuity
The record moves with the case. Nothing is lost when a manager changes or a team restructures.
Clear, exportable history
A clean, chronological record you can export at any time.
Who it's for
- People teams tracking requests across email threads, spreadsheets and memory.
- Managers inheriting a case they weren't part of, who need to see what was agreed and why.
- Employees who want to know their request was received, and where it got to.
It can also run alongside a Six Lens Diagnostic cycle if you take both. Taken on its own, you get Standard by default, and Premium can be added either way.
Tiers
Standard is the base tier and comes with your platform subscription. Premium is the paid upgrade from Standard, available whether Standard came bundled or was bought standalone. It covers two distinct capabilities, each requiring its own separate consent, so you can say yes to one and no to the other.
The base tier
Standard is everything described above: timestamped requests and decisions, justification logging, manager handover continuity, and a chronological history you can export at any time. It's included with a platform subscription, so if you're running the diagnostic you already have it and there's nothing further to decide. If you don't want the diagnostic, you can buy Standard on its own at the banded rates below.
- Micro£180
- Small£350
- Medium£700
- Large (250+)£1,500
The paid upgrade
Premium is an upgrade from Standard, available whether Standard came bundled with a diagnostic subscription or was bought standalone. It covers two distinct capabilities, each requiring its own separate consent, so you can take one without the other.
- Your own data, fed back to you
- Your own Adjustment Log activity, the types of adjustments being requested and how turnaround is actually running, is surfaced as an output alongside your diagnostic results. It is never compared to anyone else and it never leaves your boundary. Because it uses records collected for operational purposes to produce a second kind of output, it requires your organisation's explicit consent before it is switched on.
- Your data, anonymised and pooled with similar organisations
- Your data is anonymised and pooled with similar organisations so you can see what is common across your sector rather than particular to you. Privacy thresholds are configurable and enforced before any comparison is shown: a minimum number of contributing organisations, a minimum request volume, and protection against any single organisation dominating a comparison. This is a separate consent from the first capability, and it is asked for separately.
Premium is quoted directly rather than published, because it depends on the capabilities you switch on and the consents you give. We confirm terms in writing before anything starts.
What it is not
- It isn't legal advice, and it doesn't judge whether a decision was right.
- It doesn't decide outcomes. People decide; the platform records.
- It isn't a substitute for your own data protection obligations. These records hold personal information about real people, and they remain your records, exportable to you at any time.
It doesn't change your lens scores, but it does feed the patterns the platform looks out for: the types of adjustments being requested (sensory, physical/mobility, neurodiversity, mental health, social mobility, digital), and whether stated turnaround times match what's actually happening. Feeding those patterns back to you as an output is Premium and requires your consent. Pooling them with other organisations for sector comparison is a separate Premium capability with its own separate consent.
A record, not a recollection.
Tell us what you need to track. We'll come back with terms in writing before anything starts.
